Please Note: Refunds will
no longer be given for reading failure resulting from unethical or inappropriate expectations or demands placed
on the reader. If you are uncertain whether or not your expectations are appropriate please read What not to expect from a reading.
Due to the spiritual and energetic nature of
medium readings and because we want you to have the best reading experience possible, we reserve the right to alter appointment
times whenever necessary.
In the event that CJ is unable to establish
an initial spiritual connection for you your reading may be rescheduled for a later time. Keep in mind that
things sometimes may not connect immediately. We ask that you give yourself the opportunity to go over your notes
to see if it doesn't click and make sense for you or someone connected to you. If the majority of the information
absolutely does not connect for you or anyone you know, the reading may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Priority Appointment Surcharge- Should it become necessary that the
reader must reschedule a prepaid priority appointment beyond seven days from the original appointment
time, a $50.00 credit equal to the amount of the paid surcharge will be given which may be applied toward a future reading
with CJ. Client cancellation of a priority reading or client request for rescheduling will result in loss of
surcharge.
If CJ is unable to contact you at the scheduled reading time you will have up to 15
minutes to return her call. If the reader does not receive a return call within 15 minutes the appointment time will
be forfeited and you will be charged the agreed upon fee in full. We understand emergencies can happen. Please notify us ASAP
if you have missed an appointment due to an emergency so that it may be rescheduled. Failure to contact us will result in forfeiture
of prepayment.
All refunds are subject to the discretion
of the medium.
Refunds will be awarded via
Pay-Pal regardless of original payment method used. Refunds made after 30 days from the date of payment will be
subject to normal Pay-Pal processing fees.
